Support Workforce
& Project Transitions

Support your people beyond the project.
They helped build what came before.
Help them build what comes next.

The themed entertainment and experiential industries are inherently project-driven. Projects finish, contracts conclude, teams restructure, and workforce needs change, but the experience and expertise of the people behind the work still remains just as valuable.

That's why "Built Together" provides Human Resource (HR), teams, People / Talent Management, workforce planning, and project leadership with flexible ways to support employees and project-based personnel during periods of change.

Whether your organization is managing employee off-boarding, workforce restructuring, reductions in force, project closeouts, contract completions, seasonal staffing changes, or other workforce transitions, Built Together can become part of your existing employee transition, outplacement, and workforce support strategy.

Built Together sponsorships also give employers a meaningful way to support their employees, contractors, freelancers, or project-based teams as they move toward their next opportunity. You can help by maintaining their professional presence in remaining discoverable for future employment opportunities throughout the themed entertainment and experiential industries.

From supporting a few valued employees to transitioning an entire project team, sponsorships can be tailored to your organization's workforce, personnel, talent management, and project closeout needs.

When one project ends, help open the door to what’s next.

Workforce Transitions
& Outplacement Support

Make It Part of Your Transition Package

Built Together can complement an organization's existing off-boarding, outplacement or transition resources. Depending on the situation, companies could provide:

  • 3–5 sponsorships for individual or small-team transitions

  • 10–25 sponsorships for departments or project groups

  • 25–100+ sponsorships for larger project closeouts or workforce transitions

  • Custom sponsorships for unique organizational or project needs

Each sponsored professional receives their own Themed Masters profile and the opportunity to showcase their experience, specialties, portfolio, and capabilities to the broader industry. Importantly, participants are not publicly identified as laid off, displaced, or part of a workforce reduction. Their profile is about what they can do, not why they're available.

Every Transition Is Different

Themed Masters understands that a completed project that involves hundreds of contracted employees has differing needs than a company restructuring a department that involves only a handful of people. We'll work with your organization to determine the appropriate number of sponsorships, timing, communications, recipient processing, and tailored approaches based on your specific situation.

From a few professionals to an entire project team or company, we’ll help create a transition solution that fits your specific situation.

Flexible Support for Teams of Any Size

Whether you're supporting one valued employee or an entire project team, Built Together sponsorships can be tailored to the circumstances.

INDIVIDUAL TRANSITION
For one or a few departing employees, contractors, or specialists. Provide each professional with a sponsored membership they can activate as they prepare for their next opportunity.

TEAM TRANSITION
For departments, smaller project teams, or groups of professionals transitioning at the same time. Sponsorships can be coordinated together while allowing each recipient to maintain their own independent professional profile.

PROJECT CLOSEOUT
When a major project reaches completion, help project-based employees, contractors, creatives, technical specialists, and other contributors carry their experience into what comes next. Sponsorships can be arranged for select team members or broader project groups.

LARGE-SCALE WORKFORCE TRANSITION
For restructurings, reductions, studio changes, or larger project completions involving significant numbers of professionals, Themed Masters can work directly with your organization to develop a tailored sponsorship approach, enrollment process, communications, and activation plan.
