At Themed Masters, we are committed to transparency, fair business practices, and legal compliance in all aspects of our operations. Our pre-launch subscription service allows early users—including freelancers, studios, and vendors within the themed entertainment industry to create
a professional profile and secure early access to our growing directory and platform features.
 

Key Policy Principles:

  1. Transparency: All fees and terms for pre-launch subscriptions are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
     

  2. Eligibility:
    Subscribers must demonstrate relevance to the themed entertainment industry.
    This may include company webpages, project experience, portfolio materials, or other
    business documentation.
     

  3. Use of Information:
    Subscriber profiles and related information are used solely for directory and platform purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
     

  4. No Guarantees:
    Pre-launch subscriptions provide early access and exposure but do not guarantee sales, leads, or project engagements.
     

  5. Refunds and Cancellations:
    Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law or under our cancellation terms described below.
     

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the Terms and Services Agreement below.​​

TERMS & SERVICES AGREEMENT

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a pre-launch subscription or registering to create a profile on Themed Masters, you agree to be bound by this Terms and Services Agreement (“Agreement”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and engaged in or affiliated with the themed entertainment industry to create a profile. Themed Masters reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any profile
or subscription at its sole discretion at any time.
 

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

  • Subscription plans, pricing, and included features are described on our website and may vary by user type (freelancer, studio, vendor, etc.).

  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider.

  • Pre-launch subscriptions are valid for the duration specified in the purchase description and may
    be converted to standard listings upon launch.
     

4. Profile Use and Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations.

  • Not upload or promote harmful, misleading, or infringing content.

  • Not upload any content (written or visual) onto the site that is covered or protected by any
    NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), contracts or employee company guidelines. Users are fully responsible for obtaining approvals as needed, therefore releasing Themed Masters from all liability.

  • Users have obtained prior permission or signed documentation (NDA’s) to post and/or discuss any information regarding undisclosed projects, designs or other works with other Themed Masters vendors and professionals listed on the site.  

  • Abide by all community guidelines and usage restrictions published on the website.
     

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Themed Masters.

  • Pre-launch subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors, or if
    required by Florida law.

  • If Themed Masters rejects your profile, your subscription payment will be refunded in full.
     

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Themed Masters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if
advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Themed Masters or its licensors and partners. Subscribers retain rights to their uploaded content but grant Themed Masters a non-exclusive license to display and promote it as part of the service.
 

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified via email or platform notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
 

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved
in the state or federal courts located in Seminole County, Florida.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

At Themed Masters, protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe environment are at the core of our platform. We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and creative content through secure data practices, encrypted transactions, and user-controlled profile settings. All profiles and submissions are reviewed for authenticity, and we actively monitor the platform to prevent misuse, spam, or inappropriate content. We never sell your data to third parties, and any information you share is used solely to enhance your experience within the themed entertainment community. Your trust is essential to us, and we are dedicated to maintaining a secure and respectful space for all users.
