Which account type is right for you?
User Account:*
Registered User accounts are FREE and are dedicated to:
1. Venue owners, Company Leaders, & Team Members who are looking to contract or hire themed entertainment/design professionals to create or to add experiences to FEC's, Escape Rooms, Museums, Entertainment Venues, Zoo's, Aquariums, Haunted Attractions, Restaurants/Retail spaces, or other branded experiences.
2. Themed Creative and Development professionals, Themed Project Leaders and members who are actively developing/designing for IP's, Venue Owners, Experience Leaders etc.
Vendor Account:*
A Vendor account is defined as a larger business typically with several or more employees and departments, has singular
or multiple office locations and is typically
set up as a corporate structure (ex.:
C-Corp/S-Corp status). (Ex: 6 - 1000+ employees).
Vendor accounts have access to more features and benefits than a Studio Creative/Freelancer account. Vendors
can upgrade to other Vendor subscription levels, but Vendors cannot downgrade to a Studio Creative/Freelancer account.
Studio Creative/
Freelancer Account:*
A Studio Creative/Freelancer account is defined as an individual designer/developer, (ex.:Sole Proprietor or LLC) who typically specialize in creative design skillset(s) and typically works as a freelancer, might go from contract to contract, or works a full-time position and does freelancing on the side.
A small studio team can also apply in this category (Ex:1 - 5 employees etc.).
A Studio Creative/Freelancer account has limited features and benefits as compared
to a Vendor account. However, a Studio Creative/Freelancer can always upgrade to
a Vendor subscription account if they chose
to do so.
*All accounts are subject to review and approval and may be denied or canceled at any time. To list a business on the site directory as a paid Vendor or Studio Creative/Freelancer, you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in developing or designing themed experiences and/or entertainment venues via information on your website, in your portfolio, and/or on a dedicated company webpage.
If your unable to publicly demonstrate previous work(s) or if works are protected by NDA’s, please feel free to provide this information when submitting your subscription purchase for approval in the additional “notes” section, or you can contact us to discuss and review your account in further detail. All accounts will be activated and live on the launch date.
